problem when open an effect

Hello i got that problem when i open some effects :
C:\ProgramData\Particles\D3_IKWYNYMCQI\PNG+++ñåðäå÷êè1 was not found
but when i open the root folder, I found the PNG+++ñåðäå÷êè1.png
I use magic particles 3D (dev) 3.54

It is strange. I have just verified this situation using russian symbols in the path and file name. It works well. Are you sure that Magic Particles has the access to the folder C:\ProgramData\Particles\D3_IKWYNYMCQI\ ?

I really don't know, but that happened only in 2 samples or 3 all others works just fine

how to check that magic particles have access to that folder? and thank you

I think, you have to use only english symbols in the file names.

the sample name is English but the PNG+++ñåðäå÷êè1.png is located in programdata folder mentioned and it created when I try to open that sample ( it special effects called collection ksw ) in magic particles 3D

For example, you may save any ptc-file in this folder using Magic Particles.

I save a ptc file in that folder, and it saved successfully

Could you give me exact ptc name and sample name ?

the sample name is collection KSW and the ptc file name is the same associated with 3 jpg
also that happened in another two called Mess-14.ptc and Mess - 14, part is second.ptc

i think the problem is because russian language not installed in my machine because the error i get inside the program show the png name in Russian, but in the programdata the png have different letters ( it replaced by English letters )

I tried to research the sample "014" in the file "mess.ptc". I do not see any problems on my computer - it works well. Unfortunately, I do not know, how to help you.

yeah, i remember in win7 64 bit all works fine, but now in win10 64 bit I have problem with those 3 ptc. thank you very much for your great support, I appreciate that
