Error occured in using a file saved in API Mode

Postby epsxk82 » Wed Feb 27, 2013 2:53 am

Hi,
Loading PTC File saved in API Mode in the opengl wrapping program which is output from opengl3d solution accompanied in program package, an error occurs saying like this :
Debug Assertion Failed!

Program :...gic Particles 3D(Dev) Free\Wrapper\_bin3d\opengl3d_d.exe
File" f:\dd\vctolls\crt_bld\self_x86\crt\src\fseek.c
Line : 99

Expression(stream != NULL)

in the case of using a file not save in API, it works properly.
I'm using Magic Particles 3D(Dev) Free 2.18.

Hi,
I tried to attach the file through this post. But it seems that file attachment doesn't properly work.
So I sent the file to your email support@astralax.com from epsxk82@realtimevisual.com.

Hi,

I checked this situation. In my case all works fine. Perhaps, you do not copy the file 3d_effects.png to the folder "textures". If you create the external textures you need to copy their to the the folder "textures" always. It is not necessary to create external textures. Moreover you can use the same ptc-file for API and visual editor.

I made the associated texture file be in the proper place and tried again. And it works well. Thanks.
